Tel Aviv, Israel, October 2025 — Adi Persiko has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Bria AI, a global leader in Visual Generative AI solutions built for commercial use. In her new role, Adi will lead Bria’s global people strategy, focusing on scaling talent, fostering innovation, and driving a culture of excellence and trust as the company continues to expand its AI-driven technology footprint worldwide.

Before joining Bria AI, Adi served as Vice President of Human Resources at Sweetch, where she played a critical role in building a growth-ready organizational structure and strengthening employee engagement and leadership development initiatives. Her leadership was instrumental in aligning HR strategy with business transformation and advancing a strong culture of collaboration and performance.

Previously, Adi was Vice President, Global Human Resources at Alcide.io, later acquired by Rapid7, where she successfully scaled global HR operations across multiple regions. She implemented robust people systems, employee lifecycle frameworks, and DEI initiatives to support the integration process post-acquisition, helping position the organization for continued growth in the cybersecurity domain.

Earlier in her career, Adi held key HR leadership positions at Appnext, AOL, Metacafe, and Oridian (Ybrant), leading global HR strategy for technology and digital media companies. Throughout these roles, she established herself as a trusted partner to executive teams, designing and executing people-first strategies that enhanced organizational agility, leadership capability, and innovation across fast-paced global environments.

With more than two decades of experience shaping human capital strategies across high-growth technology sectors, Adi brings a strong combination of strategic foresight, cultural empathy, and business acumen to her new role. Her appointment marks a pivotal step for Bria AI as it continues its mission to empower organizations with safe, scalable, and responsible Visual Generative AI solutions.
