Hyderabad, India — Reckitt has appointed Aditi Bajaj as Head of Talent Acquisition – South Asia, strengthening its people leadership team as the company continues to accelerate growth across the region while expanding its Global Business Services capabilities in India.
In her new role, Aditi will lead talent acquisition strategy across South Asia, supporting both Reckitt’s commercial operations and its growing Global Business Services ecosystem. Her appointment comes at a significant phase in the company’s transformation journey as it invests in leadership capability, digital talent, and future-ready workforce strategies.
Aditi brings more than a decade of talent acquisition and human resources experience spanning consumer goods, consulting, telecommunications, and technology sectors. Throughout her career, she has built expertise in global hiring, employer branding, leadership recruitment, workforce planning, talent strategy, and scaling recruitment operations across diverse geographies.
Prior to joining Reckitt, Aditi spent nearly six years with PepsiCo, where she progressively advanced through several leadership positions within Global Talent Acquisition. Most recently, she served as Deputy Director – Global Talent Acquisition, leading strategic hiring initiatives and supporting global talent priorities. Earlier, she held roles as Executive Manager, Senior Manager, and Global Talent Acquisition Manager, contributing significantly to PepsiCo’s talent acquisition transformation and capability-building efforts.
Before PepsiCo, she served as Manager – Talent Acquisition at Grant Thornton India LLP, where she led recruitment initiatives supporting the firm’s growth agenda and talent strategy. Her experience also includes nearly four years with Vodafone, where she held talent acquisition leadership roles focused on attracting and hiring talent across business functions.
Earlier in her career, Aditi worked with Wipro as a Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition and began her professional journey with Spes Management Services and Grant Thornton India in HR and talent-related roles.
Over the years, she has developed a strong reputation for building scalable recruitment frameworks, driving talent acquisition excellence, enhancing candidate experience, and partnering with business leaders to attract and retain high-performing talent. Her experience across global organizations has equipped her with a deep understanding of evolving workforce trends and modern talent strategies.
Aditi holds a qualification in Human Resources Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, one of India’s premier management institutions.
Her appointment reflects Reckitt’s continued focus on strengthening its talent agenda and building future-ready capabilities across South Asia.
