Giza, Al Jizah, Egypt, December 2024 – Ahmed Adel El Mosley has joined the Baheya Foundation as the Head of Human Resources, leveraging his extensive experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, and strategic planning. In this pivotal role, Ahmed will oversee HR initiatives to support the foundation’s mission and drive its organizational goals.
Prior to this role, Ahmed served as Talent Acquisition Team Leader at El Ezaby Pharmacy, where he managed recruitment strategies and led talent acquisition initiatives for two years. Before that, he held the positions of Talent Acquisition Senior Supervisor and Talent Acquisition Supervisor, gaining significant expertise in workforce planning, internal recruitment, and HR policy development over a combined period of nearly five years.
Ahmed also worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at El Ezaby Pharmacy, contributing to recruitment and training strategies. Additionally, he served as a Recruitment Specialist at RadioShack Egypt and HR Consultant at AMS Office, where he enhanced his skills in talent management and HR consulting.
Earlier in his career, Ahmed undertook freelance recruitment projects, further honing his ability to identify and attract top talent across industries.
