In this position, Ahmet will oversee global strategies for fostering an inclusive workplace culture, enhancing people operations, and optimizing workplace environments to support Ada Health’s mission of transforming healthcare.
Ahmet brings over five years of dedication and leadership at Ada Health. Prior to his new role, he served as Director of Global Talent Acquisition, People Operations & Experience, where he led a cross-functional team managing talent acquisition, employer branding, people analytics, and workplace operations. Earlier, as Global Head of Talent Acquisition & People Analytics, Ahmet contributed to the company’s growth by implementing data-driven recruitment strategies and enhancing talent processes globally.
Before joining Ada Health, Ahmet held leadership roles at Uberall, where he spearheaded global talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives across multiple regions. Earlier in his career, he led recruitment and consulting efforts at Westhouse Group, supporting tech and product teams in Europe, and worked as a senior consultant at Robert Half, specializing in executive-level placements. His experience includes recruitment consultancy roles at PERM4 | Permanent Recruiting GmbH, focusing on enterprise B2B sales and marketing vacancies.
