Milwaukee, WI, September 2024 – Erin V. has stepped into her new role as Assistant Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Charter Manufacturing, a family-owned metals manufacturing company. In this key leadership position, Erin will play a vital role in driving strategic HR initiatives while preparing for succession to the CHRO role. Her responsibilities include aligning HR strategies with the company’s long-term goals and overseeing a range of HR functions essential to maintaining Charter Manufacturing’s growth and operational excellence.
Before joining Charter Manufacturing as Assistant CHRO, Erin spent the last seven years as Vice President of Human Resources, Safety, Environmental & Energy at Charter Steel, where she led HR operations for the $1bn+ division. During her tenure, she developed strategies that optimized talent management and safety standards across multiple regions.
Earlier in her career, Erin held leadership positions at Brady Corporation, including Global Director of Human Resources. In this role, she was accountable for HR strategies across North America, EMEA, Australia, India, and the Philippines, with a focus on supporting a $400m business platform. Erin also partnered with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives for Brady’s global corporate functions, ensuring talent acquisition and management excellence.
Before that, Erin worked at Stark Investments as Human Capital Manager, where she was responsible for recruitment, employee relations, and performance management for the global multi-asset manager. Her early career also includes roles in recruitment and sales at Direct Supply, Inc..
