Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2025 – Aindrila Basu Roy has been elevated to the position of Director – Strategic Consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, furthering her impactful journey of over seven years with the global commercial real estate leader. In her new role, Aindrila will spearhead strategic consulting mandates, working closely with senior clients to drive innovation, transformation, and real estate optimization strategies across India and the broader region.
Aindrila has steadily climbed the leadership ladder at Cushman & Wakefield, most recently serving as Senior Associate Director and before that as Associate Director and Assistant Vice President. Over the past five years, she has built a reputation for her deep expertise in strategic consulting, commercial real estate advisory, and client relationship management. She has led numerous high-impact projects across the North and East regions of India, contributing significantly to business growth.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Aindrila held senior roles at Knight Frank India, where she was Head of Advisory Services (Pune). Her early career saw her gain strong research credentials with Golden Homeland Agency, CEPT, and the International Organisation of Migration, where she contributed to socially critical studies on urban development and human trafficking post-Gujarat riots.
She also briefly pursued an entrepreneurial venture, founding La Bonno Home Studio, showcasing her versatility and innovative spirit.
