STEER, a leader in advanced materials platform technology, has appointed Ajay Bhasin as its new Group Chief Human Resources Officer. Bhasin, bringing over 20 years of experience in human resources management, has made significant impacts in various industries, marking him as a valuable addition to STEER’s leadership team.
Before joining STEER, Ajay Bhasin served as the Head of Human Resources for the Instant Coffee Division at Tata Coffee. In this role, he was instrumental in optimizing workforce management and enhancing productivity for global operations. His strategic input covered Total Rewards, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Talent Management, aligning HR initiatives with broader business objectives.
Previously, Bhasin led the Total Rewards at Britannia Industries Limited, where he harmonized compensation and benefits with the company’s strategic goals from October 2015 to March 2017. His earlier tenure as the Regional Human Resource Manager for North India at the same company saw him drive significant growth and capability building across multiple states.
Bhasin’s foundational HR roles included significant stints at major corporations like GlaxoSmithKline and Johnson & Johnson, where he developed and implemented strategic HR practices that substantially enhanced employee engagement and productivity.
