Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2025 – Ajay Singh Pardeshi has started a new role as Chief Human Resources Officer at New Consolidated Construction Company Ltd. (NCCCL). In this strategic position, Ajay will lead the company’s HR transformation, overseeing industrial relations, labour resource management, and people operations to support NCCCL’s ambitious project delivery goals across India.
Prior to joining NCCCL, Ajay worked with Sanchay Enterprises as a Consultant – Administration, Security, IR & Labour Resource, where he provided expert guidance on site operations, statutory compliance, vendor coordination, workforce mobilization, and emergency response systems for labour-intensive infrastructure projects.
Before that, he spent over a decade at Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited, where he progressed from General Manager – Administration to Head of Corporate Affairs – Admin, IR & Labour Resource. Over approximately 13 years, he led national-level administrative operations, policy compliance, industrial relations strategy, and large-scale workforce management across the company’s extensive project footprint.
Earlier in his career, Ajay worked at Zoom Developers as Assistant Manager – Administration, where he managed operations across three offices, and held the position of Senior Executive – Administration at Unisource Worldwide, Inc., overseeing service-level agreements, supplier coordination, and approvals.
He began his professional journey with Wipro BPO, where he served as an Assignment Manager, handling operational assignments in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Over the years, Ajay has built deep expertise in labour law compliance, site administration, HR operations, security systems, and welfare management for infrastructure and EPC environments.
