Prior to joining Flywire, Akeem Joseph served as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at LiveRamp for over two years. In this role, he led major strategic overhauls in talent acquisition processes that significantly boosted the company’s recruitment efficacy and global talent pool.
Before LiveRamp, Akeem was the Head of Global Talent Acquisition for Digital Technology & Product Workflows at ServiceNow for approximately four years. His leadership during this period was instrumental in driving recruitment strategies that supported major digital and product innovation initiatives.
Earlier, Akeem held the role of HR Leader in Global Talent Acquisition at Johnson & Johnson, focusing on the Supply Chain Digital & Technology sectors for about two years. His strategic initiatives there were pivotal in spearheading significant digital transformation projects.
His extensive career in talent acquisition began at Marcus & Associates, where he was a Principal in Global Technology Executive Search for about fourteen years. In this capacity, he specialized in placing top technology executives across a variety of industries, building a foundation of deep industry connections and expertise.
