Manish Pharasi Takes on Expanded Role as Site Head – GCC India and Joins IMS Board at Iron Mountain

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2026 – Iron Mountain has elevated Manish Pharasi to an expanded leadership role as Site Head for GCC India, in addition to his current responsibilities as Global Head – AI Automation, Analytics & Process Excellence, and as a member of the IMS Board.

This expanded mandate reflects the organization’s confidence in Manish’s leadership as Iron Mountain continues to scale its global capability centers and accelerate its transformation agenda driven by AI, data, and operational excellence.

In his current role at Iron Mountain, Manish Pharasi leads global initiatives across AI, automation, analytics, and process excellence, while now also taking on the responsibility of leading the GCC India operations and contributing at the board level through the IMS Board. His role focuses on driving innovation, operational efficiency, and strategic transformation at scale.

Prior to this, he served as Vice President and Practice Leader – Business Excellence, Automation & AI at Diageo, where he led strategic initiatives focused on digital transformation, performance improvement, and AI-driven innovation across business functions.

Earlier, he held multiple leadership roles at Wipro, including Head of Change and Digital Transformation Consulting and Partner – Digital Transformation Consulting, where he led large-scale transformation programs across India, the Middle East, and the United States, driving enterprise-wide change and consulting-led growth.

He also spent over six years at Aon as Global Leader of Digital Innovation and Business Excellence, where he partnered with senior leadership to drive innovation strategies, delivering significant revenue growth and cost optimization through transformation initiatives.

In the earlier phase of his career, Manish held key roles at Wipro Consulting, Genpact, Agilent Technologies, Bharti Airtel, and Reliance Industries, building deep expertise in business transformation, process excellence, and operational strategy across industries and geographies.
