London, England, United Kingdom, March 2026 — Cencora has announced the appointment of Camila Perina as HR Vice President, Alliance Healthcare, strengthening its people leadership as the Fortune 10 healthcare solutions organization continues to advance access, efficiency, and innovation across the pharmaceutical value chain.
In her new role, Perina will lead the human resources agenda for Alliance Healthcare within Cencora, supporting talent, culture, and organizational priorities across the business. Commenting on the move, she said, “Cencora is a Fortune 10 company playing a critical role in improving access to healthcare around the world, and I’m looking forward to contributing to that purpose and partnering with an exceptional team.”
Before joining Cencora, Perina served as HR Vice President, EMEA at Kantar, based in London, where she supported the people strategy across the region for the marketing data and analytics business.
Prior to Kantar, she was Global Talent Director at Vesuvius, bringing a strong focus on global talent priorities, organizational capability building, and leadership development.
Earlier in her career, Perina spent nearly nine years with Whirlpool Corporation across multiple HR leadership roles, including HR Director UK, Ireland & Nordics, as well as regional responsibilities spanning HR transformation, integrated business units, engineering, and M&A integration. She also held HR roles in Latin America with Whirlpool, GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes, and Monsanto, and began her professional journey in executive search as a Headhunter at Spencer Stuart.
