Belgrade, Serbia, December 2025 — Aleksandar Milivojevic has been appointed Director of Human Resources and Communications at API Bank a.d. Beograd — bringing over 15 years of experience in human resources and organizational development to the position. In this role, Milivojevic will oversee the bank’s HR strategy, internal communications, and organizational initiatives, helping drive API Bank’s continued focus on modernization and client-centric service.
Prior to joining API Bank in December 2025, Milivojevic served as a Consultant at CBS International Serbia, where he contributed strategic HR insights to corporate clients. Before that, he spent four impactful years at Halkbank AD Beograd as Director of Human Resources and Organization, leading workforce planning, HR operations, and organizational design.
Earlier in his career, Milivojevic played a pivotal role at Eurobank Direktna, first as a Senior HR Business Partner and later as Director of Human Resources and Organization. During his tenure, he led major restructuring efforts, talent acquisition strategies, and integration projects following mergers. His career also includes extensive HR leadership roles at Jubanka A.D. Beograd and Alpha Bank Serbia, where he managed comprehensive HR functions including labor law compliance, HRIS implementation, job evaluation, performance management, and expat services.
Known for his hands-on approach and deep operational knowledge, Milivojevic brings both strategic vision and technical expertise to his new role — a strong match for API Bank’s dynamic and tech-forward mission.
