Toronto, Ontario, Canada, March 2025 – Alexandria Lynch has been appointed as the Director, People & Culture at Modern Niagara, a leading Canadian building solutions provider. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving HR strategy, talent development, and workplace culture initiatives, ensuring alignment with Modern Niagara’s long-term business objectives.
Lynch joins Modern Niagara after spending nearly five years at The Kraft Heinz Company, where she held multiple HR leadership roles, including Global HR Lead and Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner. During her tenure, she led workforce planning, organizational development, and HR transformation initiatives to support the company’s evolving business needs.
Before Kraft Heinz, she spent over four years at Bulk Barn Foods Limited, where she served as HR Manager and Bilingual HR Generalist. In these roles, she was responsible for HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, and policy development, ensuring effective workforce management across the company’s operations.
Earlier in her career, Lynch held roles at Sears Canada, where she worked as a Bilingual Human Resources Representative, supporting HR policies and employee relations across diverse teams. She holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic, further strengthening her expertise in people strategy and workplace culture transformation.
