Carmel, Indiana, United States, April 2025 – Ali Dyer has been promoted to Vice President, Talent Acquisition, HR Systems & Services at Allied Solutions LLC, where she will now oversee the full talent acquisition lifecycle, HR systems, and shared services—managing the employee journey from candidate experience through onboarding and HR operations.
Over the past nearly five years at Allied Solutions, Ali has held multiple roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she served as 2nd Vice President, Talent Acquisition and HR Services and Technology, and prior to that, as 2nd Vice President, Talent Acquisition. Earlier, she contributed significantly as Director, Talent Acquisition, spearheading recruitment strategies across the U.S. and Canada, leading employment branding, and driving campus recruiting initiatives.
Before joining Allied Solutions, Ali worked with NCAA for over four years. As Associate Director of HR, Talent Services, she led end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management, developing inclusive hiring strategies and overseeing the new employee experience. She also served as Assistant Director of HR, leading national office recruitment and performance systems, and managing the NCAA Postgraduate Internship Program.
Previously, she spent over five years with Deloitte, serving as Senior Employee Relations Specialist, where she advised on complex personnel matters and conducted internal investigations, and as Lead Campus Recruiting Specialist, where she led recruitment strategies for multiple universities and supported national internship programs.
Earlier in her career, she held a Staffing Specialist role at ADESA (OPENLANE), where she implemented and managed applicant tracking systems and supported full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for corporate and field teams.
