Zürich, Switzerland, November 2025 — ROSEN, a global leader in technology-enabled asset integrity solutions, has announced the appointment of Alice Heezen-Dokianos as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. Her arrival comes at a pivotal time for the organization as it strengthens its transformation agenda and accelerates its focus on developing empowered, high-performance teams worldwide.
Alice steps into her new role following a recent Professional Sabbatical, during which she focused on global governance education, advanced certification in Swiss Employment & Labour Law, language fluency development, and board-readiness programs including the St. Gallen Board Academy. The sabbatical also reflected her commitment to leadership resilience, family stewardship, and continued strategic competence building.
Before this, Alice served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Synthomer, where she reported directly to the CEO and was part of the Executive Team. During her tenure, she led large-scale HR transformation, organization redesign, executive hiring, people analytics maturity, and compensation modernization — including initiatives that delivered significant workforce efficiencies, diversity gains, and operating model alignment with enterprise-level strategy.
Alice previously held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Trinseo, where she played a key leadership role in shaping executive team architecture, cultural reinvention initiatives, talent strategy, DEI evolution, and integration management following major global acquisitions. Her work supported enterprise transformation as the company transitioned into a more advanced specialty materials organization.
Earlier in her career, Alice led HR transformation across Europe as Director Human Resources, EMEA at Trinseo, and prior to that served as Head of Human Resources – Europe at ADAMA Ltd., Global Head of HR & Change at Fiberweb, and held strategic roles at BG Group, Rexam, Korn Ferry (Hay Group), Enertel, and Accenture. Her career reflects more than three decades of global HR leadership across complex, fast-changing industries with a consistent focus on shaping scalable systems, empowering leadership cultures, and leading organizations through high-stakes transformation.
