Tampa, Florida, September 2024 – Alice Pauquette has taken on the role of Vice President of Learning and Development at Tampa General Hospital. In this position, Alice will be responsible for shaping the learning and development strategies that foster leadership and drive organizational growth across the hospital’s vast operations. Tampa General Hospital is one of Florida’s largest and most comprehensive medical facilities, renowned for its affiliation with the USF Health Morsani College of Medicine.
Before joining Tampa General Hospital, Alice worked as a Learning and Organizational Development Executive Consultant at Union Hospital for over a year, where she led the change management and communications strategy for mergers and acquisitions, integrating over 700 new employees into the system.
Previously, she served as Vice President of Strategic Learning at Mercy, where she established a strategic learning plan aimed at equipping leaders with key skills in digital transformation and value-based care, while also expanding executive onboarding and leadership development programs.
Earlier in her career, Alice was VP, Head of Global Learning at CrossBorder Solutions, where she built a global learning strategy for a fast-growing FinTech company, achieving significant success in employee development and leadership training.
She also served as Vice President of Organizational and People Development at A-LIGN, where she introduced a comprehensive learning and development department, achieving high adoption rates for their learning systems and driving organizational improvements through leadership programs.
