Most recently, as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition & Operations, she shaped the company’s recruitment framework and operational processes, ensuring alignment with the firm’s strategic goals. Before that, as Director, Talent, Allison played a pivotal role in driving innovative talent strategies to attract and retain top-tier professionals.
Before joining GCI Health, Allison honed her talent acquisition expertise at Havas Media Group, where she served as Junior Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Coordinator. Her early career experience in media planning at Mindshare and Havas Media Group has given her a unique perspective on the intersection of talent strategy and operational excellence.
Allison’s professional foundation also includes an internship at FerenComm, where she supported publicity efforts for clients like AMC and Bravo TV, gaining early insights into dynamic and fast-paced industries.
