Boston, Massachusetts, United States, May 2025 – Allison Bogosian has taken on a new role as Chief People and Administrative Officer at Montai Therapeutics, a biotech company driving innovation in the treatment of chronic diseases through its AI-enabled CONECTA platform. In her new capacity, Allison will lead the company’s people strategy, organizational development, and administrative operations during a pivotal phase of growth.
Prior to joining Montai, Allison served as SVP, Head of Human Resources & Administrative Operations at Solid Biosciences, where she led talent strategy, HR operations, and corporate administration for nearly four years. During this period, she was also concurrently appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Adela, Inc., where she was responsible for building the company’s HR function from the ground up and driving cultural alignment and leadership development.
Previously, Allison spent almost four years at Sumitomo Pharma America Holdings (formerly Sunovion) as Executive Director, Corporate Strategy and CEO Office Chief of Staff. She was instrumental in advancing corporate transformation initiatives, leading strategic operations across shared services, and aligning the business with key customer and affiliate objectives across the Sumitomo network.
Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at Nuance Communications, Shire, and Santander Bank, where she served as SVP, Head of HR Risk Management & Policy, and led employee relations, compliance, and policy governance. Her career began in employment law, where she spent several years as an associate with firms including Paul Hastings, Jackson Lewis, and Pullman & Comley.
