Raleigh, United States, May 2024 – Allison Michael has started a new position as Executive Director, HR Tech at Labcorp. Allison brings a wealth of experience in HR technology and leadership to her new role, where she will lead the HR technology strategy and team.
Before joining Labcorp, Allison served as Director, HR Technology and Solutions at Chewy from September 2022 to May 2024. In this role, she led the HR technology strategy, overseeing the implementation and management of HR systems to enhance efficiency and support the company’s growth.
Prior to Chewy, Allison was the Global Leader, People Technology, Analytics & Enablement at Western Union from November 2018 to September 2022. She was responsible for developing and executing the HR technology and people analytics strategy, leading a global team, and supporting major system implementations and M&A activities. Her efforts focused on driving innovation, ensuring data-driven decision-making, and maintaining compliance with international privacy regulations.
Allison also held the position of Director, Global HR Systems at Brambles from October 2013 to October 2018. She built the Workday post-implementation production team, developed the global HRIS policies and security framework, and drove continuous improvement in data audit and compliance programs. She also led significant improvements in SDLC processes and supported payroll, benefits, and other vendor integrations.
Earlier in her career, Allison served as Senior Manager, Workday Implementation and Senior Manager, Human Resources – Compensation (Americas) at Brambles Limited, where she supported multiple end-to-end Workday implementations and managed compensation strategies and programs.
