Dubai, United Arab Emirates, September 2024 – Almon Prem has joined Safe Line Group of Companies as the Chief People Officer. In this new role, Almon will drive the strategic direction of the company’s human resources function, aligning closely with the CEO’s 2030 vision. He will lead a team of 10 HR professionals, supporting over 500 employees across 12 product lines, and will be responsible for scaling the high-growth company across the UAE, Middle East, Africa, and India.
Before joining Safe Line Group, Almon founded Telos People Inc in 2022, where he served as the Principal HR Consultant. His leadership focused on optimizing and transforming business processes for clients in North America and beyond. He also established shared service teams supporting Canadian healthcare companies, driving operational efficiency and strategic HR consulting projects.
Almon’s experience in HR leadership also includes his role as Director of Operations and People at Right At Home Toronto, where he led the development of the business from the ground up during the pandemic. Almon managed recruitment and operational responsibilities for a team of over 100 healthcare professionals, ensuring smooth HR processes and driving business growth.
Earlier in his career, Almon served as the Global HR Business Partner at ABB, where he managed HR operations for over 600 employees in multiple regions and led talent management and cultural transformation programs. He also played a pivotal role in leading M&A integrations and labor negotiations across several countries.
