Alok brings over two decades of leadership experience spanning workforce solutions, strategic sales, and business development. In his new role, Alok will drive the organization’s vision to expand international workforce mobility and unlock global opportunities through strategic training programs and partnerships.
Alok Kumar joins NSDC International Limited following a remarkable tenure at ManpowerGroup India, where he served as President & Country Head, leading sales and account management operations for over six years. During his leadership, he achieved significant revenue growth and strengthened client relationships across various sectors.
Prior to this, Alok held the position of National Head – Strategic Sales & Account Management at The Adecco Group, where he managed revenue generation and P&L operations for nearly seven years. Earlier, at Bharti Enterprises, Alok spearheaded business development efforts as Regional Head – Enterprise Solutions, focusing on telecom infrastructure and boardroom solutions.
Alok’s career foundation includes roles such as Sr. Manager – Enterprise Key Accounts at Reliance Communications, where he led business development for voice and data solutions, and Sales Manager at HCL Infosystems Ltd., where he managed corporate sales and key account planning. His early career roles at Redington Limited and Vitage Systems Pvt Ltd further honed his expertise in sales strategy and channel management.
