Earlier, Alvaro was the Finance Controller and HR Business Partner, where he optimized project resources and financial processes. His expertise in financial forecasting, cost control, and strategic HR planning ensured alignment with corporate policies, significantly contributing to operational efficiency.
As Audit and Management Control Head, he established robust risk management frameworks, drove process standardization, and enhanced transparency within the organization. His efforts in compliance and audit management laid a solid foundation for strategic planning and governance.
Alvaro began his tenure at S3 Groups as Talent Acquisition Head, where he directed recruitment strategies, improved talent pipelines, and integrated data analytics to enhance acquisition efficiency. His contributions included measurable improvements in recruitment processes and candidate retention.
