In this role, Amal will continue to lead ONE’s global people strategy, overseeing organizational culture, leadership development, and talent transformation across its international operations.
Amal has been a cornerstone of ONE’s growth story, having served as Senior Vice President – Global Head of People since 2023. During her tenure, she has played a pivotal role in designing and executing global HR strategies that foster innovation, diversity, and inclusion across multiple markets. Her leadership has been central to enhancing employee engagement and aligning people practices with ONE’s long-term business objectives.
Prior to joining ONE, Amal served as Senior Vice President – People & Culture at CMA, where she built strategic HR frameworks across recruiting, training, and employee relations. She was instrumental in developing leadership programs and HR structures that positioned the organization as an employer of choice in its industry.
Before CMA, Amal held the role of Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, Training & Leadership Development at International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. (now arrivia). There, she managed large-scale global recruitment and training initiatives, driving retention and engagement through leadership capability-building and organizational design.
Amal’s earlier leadership roles include serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Talent Development at Liveops, Inc., and a long and impactful tenure at DriveTime, where she rose from underwriting and operational roles to become Managing Director of People & Culture. At DriveTime, she led HR transformation across more than 5,000 employees and 140 locations, integrating empathy-led employee relations with robust HR governance.
