Bringing over two decades of experience in product design, user experience, and creative leadership, Aman will spearhead Meesho’s design and user experience strategy, driving innovation across its digital ecosystem. His appointment reflects Meesho’s continued focus on creating intuitive, user-first experiences that empower millions of consumers and small businesses across India.
Before joining Meesho, Aman served as Vice President – Design at Dream11, where he led end-to-end design and experience across multiple product verticals. Managing teams across Product Design, Graphics, Motion, and Illustration, he played a pivotal role in enhancing user engagement, improving match journey conversions, and optimizing retention for over 250 million users worldwide. His leadership strengthened Dream11’s position as the world’s largest fantasy sports platform by delivering high-quality, engaging digital experiences.
Prior to Dream11, Aman was Vice President – Product Design & User Experience at PharmEasy, where he led the design direction for key digital assets including PharmEasy, DocOn, and Retailio. He was instrumental in simplifying complex healthcare journeys through intuitive design and scalable systems that unified user experience across B2B and B2C platforms. His contributions significantly enhanced usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction.
Aman has also held prominent leadership positions as Vice President – UX Design at Zenoti and Global Head of Design & User Experience at OYO, where he built and mentored global design teams across India, Japan, the UK, and the US. His leadership at OYO focused on establishing design language systems, brand coherence, and digital transformation across international markets. Earlier, at Quikr, CommonFloor.com, and Info Edge India Ltd, Aman helped define product design strategy for flagship brands such as 99acres, Naukri, and Jeevansathi, influencing the evolution of India’s digital design landscape.
In addition to his corporate journey, Aman serves as a Board Advisor at LetsUpgrade and has contributed as a Design Advisor for Shrofile, enabling startups and digital innovators to adopt design thinking and user-centered methodologies. His multi-industry expertise spans e-commerce, technology, healthcare, and edtech — with a strong focus on scalable, data-driven design systems.
At Meesho, Aman will lead the design charter, focusing on user experience innovation, creative strategy, and cross-platform product design excellence. He will drive the development of scalable design frameworks that align with Meesho’s mission to democratize internet commerce for all. Leveraging his extensive experience across B2C and B2B ecosystems, Aman aims to strengthen Meesho’s brand narrative through user empathy, accessibility, and innovation-led storytelling.
