Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, September 2024 – Amanda Polevoy has taken on the role of Vice President, Talent Acquisition Campus Program Manager – Global Operations Lead at Bank of America, where she will oversee the bank’s global campus recruitment programs and operations.
Before her new position, Amanda served as Vice President, Talent Acquisition Campus Program Manager at Bank of America for eight months, where she managed talent acquisition and campus recruitment programs. Her leadership contributed to effective hiring and talent sourcing across various departments in the bank’s global operations.
Prior to this, Amanda held the role of Assistant Vice President, Talent Acquisition Campus Program Manager at Bank of America for over two years, where she led efforts in managing campus recruitment strategies and program execution, ensuring a streamlined process for new hires within the bank’s operations.
Earlier in her career, Amanda worked at Signature Consultants, where she served as Field Sales & Recruiting Program Manager for three years. In this role, she managed recruitment and internship programs across the company and was responsible for sourcing top talent from various universities.
Amanda also held the position of Internal Recruiting Manager at Signature Consultants, where she led internal recruiting efforts for corporate and sales roles, developing search strategies, and maintaining close relationships with hiring managers to ensure the successful onboarding of candidates.
