Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, September 2024 — Amanda Sullivan has been appointed as the Head of People Services at CPA Australia. In this role, Amanda will lead the development and implementation of people services strategies, driving improvements in HR operations, employee engagement, and service delivery across CPA Australia.
Amanda has been with CPA Australia for nearly 15 years, holding several key roles within the organization. Most recently, she served as the Head of People Operations, where she was responsible for managing HR operations and leading transformative initiatives to enhance employee experience. Prior to this, Amanda was the Senior Manager of People & Culture Operations, where she contributed to the success of HR projects and operational improvements. Over the years, she has also held roles such as People & Culture Operations Manager and Payroll, Remuneration & HR Systems Manager, where her leadership and expertise were instrumental in streamlining payroll and HR systems.
Before joining CPA Australia, Amanda worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Accountancy Options and as a Support Services Manager at Outsource Solutions New Zealand, gaining valuable experience in recruitment and HR administration. She also held roles at The University of Auckland and Manpower, where she further honed her skills in HR and recruitment.
