Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2025 — Amit Chincholikar has been appointed as the Group President – Human Resources at Hinduja Group Limited, effective January 2, 2025. With over 30 years of extensive global HR leadership experience across India, the US, and Singapore, Chincholikar brings expertise in HR strategy, leadership development, sustainability, and ESG practices to his new role.
Before joining Hinduja Group Limited, Amit Chincholikar served as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Yokohama Off-Highway Tires, where he was responsible for global HR leadership and strategic transformations.

Prior to that, he held multiple leadership roles at Tata Consumer Products and Tata Sons Limited, including Global CHRO and Senior Vice President – Group Human Resources, contributing significantly to organizational transformation and leadership development across Tata Group entities.
Chincholikar also served as Director, Corporate Human Resources at Novelis and Group Head of Rewards and Benefits at Aditya Birla Group, where he spearheaded global HR strategies, compensation frameworks, and business excellence initiatives. His earlier career includes leadership stints at Universal Music Group and Mercer, adding depth to his expertise in compensation and benefits management.
