Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, January 2025 – Hezlinn Idris has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PETRONAS Leadership Centre (PLC), where she will lead the organization’s mission to develop and transform talents into progressive, purpose-driven leaders for a sustainable future. Her leadership will focus on human capital development, leadership transformation, and organizational excellence.
Hezlinn Idris brings extensive leadership experience from PETRONAS, where she has served for over two decades in various senior roles. Prior to her current appointment, she was the Group Managing Director and CEO of PETRONAS Lubricants International for approximately three years, leading strategic growth and transformation initiatives.
Before that, she held the role of Chief Group Strategy & Transformation Officer at PETRONAS Lubricants International for nearly five and a half years, driving business strategy, organizational transformation, and talent development at a global scale.
Earlier, Hezlinn served as the Head of Strategy and Finance – Downstream Business at PETRONAS, where she managed financial strategy, planning, and business performance for nearly seven years.
Her career journey also includes leadership roles such as Senior Manager of Group Strategic Planning, Head of Downstream Finance, and Senior Manager of Corporate Finance, where she contributed significantly to financial governance, corporate strategy, and business transformation.
