Pune, India, October 2024 – Atul Andrew Gaikwad has recently taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Pratiti Technologies, where he will bring over 20 years of HR leadership experience to the company. Known for his expertise in establishing HR functions in rapidly growing environments, Atul will play a pivotal role in driving Pratiti’s HR strategy and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Prior to joining Pratiti Technologies, Atul served as Chief HR Consultant at aBet Group of Companies, where he was responsible for setting up HR systems and processes for four startup ventures in Pune. His leadership in designing HR frameworks and policies contributed to fostering a thriving workplace culture.
Atul also held the position of Human Resources Director at WhizAI, where he partnered with executive leadership to align HR strategy with business goals across the US, Ukraine, and India. His efforts included implementing HRMS, performance management frameworks, and employee engagement initiatives.
During his tenure as Vice President Human Resources at Biddano, Atul was instrumental in setting up the HR organization from scratch. He worked closely with the founders to build an organizational culture that supported business growth and talent management.
Atul’s earlier roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at SG Analytics, where he led HRBP excellence programs and established a Learning and Development department, as well as Associate Program Manager (AVP – HR) at eClerx, overseeing HR operations for over 1,000 employees across multiple locations.
