Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 – Amol Warty has returned to Mumbai to begin his new journey as Vice President – Human Resources at Supreme Group, where he will head the Human Resources function and lead people strategy for the organization’s continued growth and expansion.
In his new role at Supreme Group, Amol will oversee the entire HR function, strengthening organizational capability, talent strategy, industrial relations, compensation frameworks, and leadership development initiatives aligned with the company’s pan-India and global ambitions.
Prior to joining Supreme Group, Amol served as Head of Human Resources – India at Wipro PARI, where he led HR operations for India. Earlier, he briefly led the HR Consulting Practice at Circular Angle in Pune. Before that, he spent over four years as Director – Human Resources at Crane India, where he was a member of the India Leadership Team. At Crane, he led succession planning, learning and development under the 70:20:10 model, wage and salary structures, performance management, diversity initiatives, and played a critical role in major relocation projects including shifting the Engineered Check Valve plant from Belfast, UK to Satara, as well as relocating the corporate office in Pune. He also drove strong industrial relations strategies and CSR initiatives, including supporting the creation of an orphanage under CSR funding.
A significant part of his career was spent at Thermax Limited, where he held multiple leadership roles over nearly nine years. As Group Head – Human Resources for Boilers & Heaters Business Unit, he led HR for Thermax’s largest business unit and its manufacturing plants across multiple locations. Earlier, as Manager (Head Compensation & Benefits) – Corporate HR, he led Total Rewards and global compensation across subsidiaries and overseas operations, represented Thermax in elite compensation forums, and contributed to HRIS and performance management module implementation. He also served as HR Business Partner, partnering with business leadership to set up greenfield and brownfield projects.
Amol’s earlier professional journey includes leadership roles at Lear Automotive India, Garware Wall Ropes Limited, Personnel Search Services Group, 3P Consultants Pvt. Ltd., and Team Value Profiling Services (Thomas Profiling – DISC), where he built deep expertise in talent acquisition, executive search, psychometric consulting, compensation management, and HR transformation. He began his career as a Sales & Service Engineer at Condot Systems Pvt. Ltd., bringing a strong techno-commercial foundation to his HR leadership career.
