Mohammad brings to Solico Group an extensive background in HR management and operations, spanning over several years and multiple industries.
Prior to joining Solico Group, Mohammad served as the HR & OPS Manager at Fly Baghdad for a year, where he was instrumental in enhancing HRIS and interpersonal skills within the organization, ensuring a cohesive work environment. Before his tenure at Fly Baghdad, Mohammad held the position of Operations Manager at ITTISALI from September 2020 to August 2022, where he showcased his prowess in team building, negotiation, and a wide array of operational skills.
