In her new role, Amy will oversee the company’s human resources and corporate culture strategies, focusing on talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, and compliance. Her appointment marks a significant step toward strengthening Irvine Partners’ commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
Before joining Irvine Partners, Amy Ambler served as the Business Support Lead (HR Business Partner) at Kaha, where she partnered with leadership to drive talent acquisition and compliance strategies over a seven-month tenure. Her role emphasized fostering a robust framework to support organizational growth.
Earlier, Amy was the People and Operations Lead at Afrolabs, where she managed a range of HR initiatives, including promotions, talent planning, and retrenchment processes, while supporting software development experts and clients. Prior to this, she worked at WhereIsMyTransport as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, contributing to global hiring and talent mapping projects.
Amy has also held positions at Yoco, where she advanced from a recruiter to overseeing broader HR functions, and at Publicis Groupe as a Recruitment Consultant, honing her expertise in HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations. Her diverse experience across multiple sectors positions her as a dynamic leader in the HR domain.
