In this expanded role, Amy will lead strategies that integrate marketing, customer experience (CX), and employee experience (EX) to strengthen F&M’s brand alignment across all touchpoints. She will also oversee internal communications, ensuring employees remain informed, inspired, and connected to the bank’s mission and community-driven values.
Amy has been an integral part of F&M Bank for over 16 years, contributing extensively to the bank’s growth, community engagement, and customer experience evolution. Prior to this elevation, she served as Senior Vice President | Chief Marketing Officer, where she led marketing, brand strategy, public relations, product development, and CX initiatives across F&M’s expanding regional footprint.
Earlier, Amy held the position of Vice President – Marketing Manager, where she played a vital role in modernizing the bank’s marketing communications and digital outreach. Before that, she served as Assistant Vice President – Marketing Specialist and Assistant Cashier – Marketing Specialist, where she helped shape F&M’s brand identity and community engagement efforts during key expansion phases across Ohio and Indiana.
