Ananya U Kashyap has cultivated a robust career foundation, having spent more than four years with The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. During this period, she significantly contributed as a Principal Scientist in Commercial Data Science, where her leadership and strategic thinking propelled advancements in product planning, stakeholder management, and the integration of artificial intelligence in business processes.
Prior to her tenure at Janssen, Kashyap was recognized for her role as Senior Manager of Advanced Analytics at a notable facility in Titusville, New Jersey. There, she leveraged machine learning models to generate actionable insights, facilitating improved market understanding and customer engagement in the Neuroscience and Infectious Disease sectors.
