In her new position, Anastasia will spearhead global people and culture initiatives, fostering an environment of innovation, engagement, and high performance as the company continues its growth in the crypto trading technology space.
Before joining 3Commas.io, Anastasia Dobrovolskaia served as Chief People Officer at Finom, where she led the People and Culture function through a crucial scale-up phase, significantly expanding the team and playing a pivotal role in aligning talent and organizational strategies to business goals across Europe.
Earlier, Anastasia worked as a Human Resources Consultant at makelove employer branding agency, contributing to employer branding development across multiple international markets. Concurrently, she served as a People Partner at Mayflower, supporting talent initiatives for a HighTech entertainment company.
Previously, Anastasia held the role of HR Director at 12 STOREEZ, a fashion brand, where she helped shape a strong corporate culture and supported the company’s expansion. She also built extensive experience during her tenure as Employer Branding & Recruitment Head at IKEA Russia, leading employer engagement and talent attraction strategies.
Anastasia’s early career experience also includes roles in internal communications and employer branding at organizations such as Enter Связной, Страховая группа “БЛАГОСОСТОЯНИЕ”, White Wind DIGITAL, and РБК, where she developed a strong foundation in corporate culture transformation and internal communications strategy.
