Dallas, Texas, United States, April 2025 – Andrea Benavides has taken on the role of Chief People Officer – Build Division & Americas at Nemetschek Group, a global leader in digital transformation software for the AEC/O and media industries. In her new position, Andrea will spearhead people strategies across the Build Division and the Americas region, driving talent transformation, organizational development, and culture building aligned with the company’s rapid growth and innovation agenda.
Over the past nearly three years at EssilorLuxottica, Andrea played a pivotal role as Director, HR Business Partner, overseeing the full employee lifecycle across key North American shared services functions, including IT, Legal, Compliance, and L&D. She was instrumental in supporting corporate restructures, mergers & acquisitions, and cultural alignment, and she led talent planning in coordination with global leadership.
Prior to that, Andrea held the position of Senior Director at fabric, where she led People+ Operations, Compensation, IT Support, and Administration. In this role, she enabled the scaling of a unicorn tech startup, introduced operational rigor across people systems and compliance, and created data-driven people analytics frameworks, while also establishing a strategic internal communications function.
Earlier in her career, Andrea spent over four years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where she held roles of increasing responsibility in the HR Transformation Office and Global Total Rewards teams. Her work spanned large-scale change management initiatives, organizational design, talent strategy, and global benefits operations. She also led key global programs such as HPE’s “Work That Fits Your Life” and the US Voluntary Career Transition program.
Andrea’s foundational HR and client experience was honed during her decade-long tenure at SIRVA Worldwide Relocation & Moving, where she held multiple leadership roles including Director of Global Account Management and Director of Client Implementation. She managed multimillion-dollar portfolios, led global integrations, and advised Fortune 500 clients on strategic mobility programs with award-winning impact.
