Palo Alto, California, United States, June 2024 – Andrea Pukulis has joined Obsidian Security as the new Sr. Director of Human Resources. Bringing extensive experience in HR leadership and strategic planning, Andrea will lead HR operations and initiatives to support the company’s growth and enhance employee engagement.
Before joining Obsidian Security, Andrea served as the Human Resources Director at a Private Family Office from March 2022 to May 2024. In this role, she focused on building the HR function and team, enhancing company culture, and improving employee engagement, recruiting, onboarding, compensation, and benefits.
Prior to that, Andrea worked at Bulgari for nearly four years, where she held various roles. From November 2019 to June 2021, she served as the Human Resources Director for North America, leading talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation, and benefits functions. She also launched and guided the Employee Advisory Committee, addressing initiatives in diversity, equity, inclusion, social impact, and wellness. From April 2019 to November 2019, she was the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development, where she implemented a learning and development strategy and key programs across all levels of the organization.
Earlier, Andrea was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Bulgari from August 2017 to April 2019. In this role, she provided HR support and guidance to executive teams, corporate offices, distribution centers, and retail teams on organizational design, talent assessment, and performance management.
Before Bulgari, Andrea worked as a Human Resources Manager at Burberry from September 2016 to August 2017, where she coached and advised as a trusted partner in all people-focused areas, such as recruiting, talent development, and employee relations.
From 2008 to 2016, Andrea held various HR roles at Hearts On Fire, including Human Resources Manager and Talent Development Specialist. She partnered with leadership teams to support strategic plans and initiatives, launched and managed employee engagement surveys, and proposed new programs and policies to increase retention and engagement.
