She began her journey with Omni Family Health in March 2021 as the Director of Human Resources, where she played a crucial role in strategic human resource planning and project management. Her efforts were pivotal in streamlining HR processes and fostering a positive work environment across the organization.
Before joining Omni Family Health, Mayra had a notable tenure at Chumash Enterprises, where she served in various capacities for over 18 years. As the Director of Human Resources at Chumash Casino Resort from May 2017 to March 2021, she led strategic HR initiatives and managed employee engagement projects, significantly contributing to the organization’s growth and employee satisfaction.
In her earlier role as the Employment and Employee Engagement Manager at Chumash Casino Resort, Mayra dedicated 14 years to enhancing employment practices and driving employee engagement strategies. Her comprehensive experience in human resources has equipped her with the skills and knowledge to lead HR functions effectively in diverse organizational settings.
