San Diego, California, United States, January 2025 – Realty Income Corporation has announced the appointment of Andrea Volz as Vice President, People Success. In her new role, Volz will lead the company’s human resources strategies, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development to support the company’s growth and culture transformation.
Andrea Volz joins Realty Income Corporation after nearly six years at Envista Holdings Corporation, where she most recently served as Vice President, Global Human Resources, Ormco. During her tenure, she played a critical role in leading global HR initiatives, driving talent strategies, and overseeing commercial training programs.

Prior to that, she served as Executive Director, Talent Development & Commercial Training at Aries Pharmaceuticals, where she led comprehensive learning and development strategies. Volz also spent over five years at Allergan in various leadership roles, including Executive Director, Global Talent Management and Director, Commercial Learning & Development – BOTOX® Therapeutic, where she drove leadership development and talent growth strategies.
Earlier in her career, Volz held leadership roles at Santarus, Callaway Golf, ISTA Pharmaceuticals, and Novartis, where she gained significant experience in commercial operations, talent management, and training leadership. She started her career as a Vascular Med/Surg Nurse at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, showcasing her diverse background across industries.
