Colombo, Sri Lanka, February 2026 — Andrew Alphonsus has started a new position as Chief Operating Officer at Dilly and Carlo, where he will lead operational strategy and execution as the fashion retailer continues to strengthen its presence in Sri Lanka’s premium apparel market.
In his new role, Andrew Alphonsus will oversee operations, supply chain alignment, and business performance initiatives to support the brand’s growth and customer-centric retail strategy. His appointment reflects Dilly and Carlo’s focus on operational excellence and scalable systems to support its evolving fashion portfolio.
Prior to joining Dilly and Carlo, Alphonsus worked as an independent apparel and retail consultant, advising businesses on strategy and operational improvement. He previously served as Manager – Marketing and Merchandising at MAS Active, and held multiple supply chain and operations leadership roles at amanté and MAS Brands Exports, where he built deep expertise in planning, merchandising, and lean retail operations. He began his career with MAS Holdings as a Corporate Management Trainee, developing a strong foundation in apparel operations and enterprise processes.
