London, United Kingdom, June 2024 – Andy Beaumont has taken on the role of Head of HR Integration – International at Everest, bringing extensive expertise in HR operations, strategic planning, and leadership development to the global underwriting leader.
Andy Beaumont joins Everest after serving as the Managing Director of ABHR Consultancy from September 2023 to June 2024. During his tenure, he provided strategic HR consulting services, focusing on performance improvement, leadership development, and HR operations.
Prior to his consultancy role, Andy was the Head of People Services at Restore plc from October 2022 to April 2023, where he led initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and service delivery.
From March 2022 to October 2022, Andy served as the Director – HR Services at Royal Mail, overseeing labor relations, strategic HR planning, and transformational change initiatives.
Andy also held the position of Head of HR Operations at dentsu international from October 2021 to March 2022. Here, he partnered with brands to drive meaningful progress through strategic HR management and workforce planning.
At Marks and Spencer, Andy worked as the Head of Colleague Operational Services from June 2021 to September 2021. He was instrumental in implementing a new service delivery model to support the HR transformation program, delivering exceptional HR services to a large workforce.
From September 2017 to June 2021, Andy was the Head of HR Shared Services – Europe, Eurasia and Africa at Chubb, where he managed HR operations across multiple regions, focusing on performance improvement, service delivery, and strategic HR planning.
Andy’s earlier roles include Interim Head of HR Service Delivery at Equinix EMEA, Head of HR – Payroll, Comp & Ben, Admin and International Mobility at BNP Paribas, and Director – EMEA HR Operations Head at Citi.
