Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom, July 2025 – Andy Finch has taken on a new role as Vice President – People Solutions at Lockton, a global leader in insurance, risk management, and employee benefits. In this new position, Andy will focus on helping clients design, deliver, and evolve tailored people strategies that support organizational growth and employee wellbeing.
Andy joins Lockton after nearly four years at MetLife, where he served as Business Development Manager. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships and driving strategic benefits solutions across the UK market.
Prior to that, Andy was a Senior Associate at Willis Towers Watson (WTW), contributing to consulting and benefits advisory projects that aligned employee value propositions with broader organizational goals. His work at WTW enhanced his analytical and strategic insight into workforce health and financial wellbeing.
Before joining WTW, Andy spent over five years at Canada Life Group Insurance as a Strategic Account Manager, where he managed large-scale client portfolios and led initiatives to improve employee benefits engagement across diverse industry sectors.
Earlier in his career, Andy held business development and consulting roles at Jelf and Kafevend, where he honed his expertise in field-based sales, relationship management, and client-first advisory.
