With a wealth of experience in human resources and strategic leadership, Angie brings a strong background in talent management and organizational development to her new role, aiming to drive impactful HR strategies and initiatives at Dootrix.
Angie McKenna joins Dootrix with a rich career in HR leadership across diverse sectors. At Dootrix, she will focus on leading the people function, encompassing employee lifecycle management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
Prior to this, Angie served as the Founder, Trustee, and Kids & Teens Coach at Titan Fitness – Kids & Teens CIO for approximately 3 years and 6 months. In this role, she developed and implemented fitness programs for children and teens, emphasizing the importance of proper movement mechanics and overall physical well-being.
Before Titan Fitness, Angie was the Head of People, Culture, Warmth, Smiles, and Fun at ASquared for around 2 years and 9 months. Here, she played a pivotal role in developing and delivering the company’s people strategy, creating a fantastic employee experience, and nurturing the organizational culture.
Angie’s extensive HR experience includes serving as the Regional HR Manager – UK, Netherlands, China at Teladoc Health for about 1 year. She was responsible for HR operations in a global virtual care leader, focusing on telehealth, expert medical, and licensed platform services.
Earlier in her career, Angie held significant roles such as Head of People & Culture at Lewes Football Club, Regional HR Solutions Manager at TE Connectivity, and HR Manager – Europe and North America at Fortive. Her career spans various industries, including technology, healthcare, and professional services, demonstrating her versatility and expertise in HR management.
