Bellevue, Washington, United States, July 2025 – Ani Geragosian has been appointed as Vice President, People at MoxiWorks, a leading real estate technology platform serving over 800 brokerages and 400,000 agents. In this strategic leadership role, Ani will lead all aspects of the People function, shaping a future-forward HR strategy that supports MoxiWorks’ continued innovation and growth across the real estate tech ecosystem.
Before joining MoxiWorks, Ani served as Leader, People and Culture at RoundGlass, where she spent nearly three years driving culture transformation and progressive people strategies for the wellness-focused global firm. Her role involved aligning business needs with people-first initiatives that championed wellbeing, engagement, and a stakeholder-driven culture.
Prior to that, Ani held multiple leadership positions at The Neiders Company, where she served for over three years, including as Vice President Human Resources and Corporate Director of Human Resources. During her time there, she helped scale HR infrastructure, implemented centralized HRIS systems, and led initiatives across performance management, wellness, safety, and total rewards in the real estate investment space.
Earlier in her career, she worked with the Port of Seattle as a Human Resources Consultant, contributing to talent development, job design, and diversity hiring strategies. She also ran her own consultancy (A.G. Management/HR Consulting) serving startups in Los Angeles and Vancouver, and held global HR leadership positions at Ed Hardy and Verizon 4G Wireless, gaining strong expertise in talent acquisition, training, and compliance across geographies.
