Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, May 2025 – Anil Sharma has taken over as the Head of Human Resources at Ambit Switchgear India Pvt. Ltd., a specialized manufacturer of low and medium voltage switchboards and automation panels. In this new leadership role, Anil will be responsible for driving the company’s people strategy, talent development, organizational culture, and HR operations to support business transformation and growth in the competitive electrical engineering sector.
Before joining Ambit Switchgear, Anil served as Head – Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Organisation Transformation at Precision Tech Enterprises, where he led strategic growth across OEM accounts such as Maruti, MG, Nissan, Mahindra, and multiple EV manufacturers. His multi-faceted role combined deep exposure to business transformation and organizational realignment.
Prior to that, Anil was the Founder & CEO of Ignite HR, where he led executive search, HR strategy, consulting, coaching, and life skills programs. He also contributed as a speaker and trainer for reputed MBA institutions and helped SMEs and startups with business and HR transformation projects.
Earlier, Anil held the position of Business Head – HR Services at Evolve Brands India and also worked as AVP at Executive Access, one of India’s top executive search firms. In both roles, he focused on leadership hiring, talent advisory, and mid-to-senior level executive recruitment for clients across sectors.
Spanning a career of over three decades, Anil has held several senior HR leadership positions including CHRO at Triune Energy, VP HR at Sanmarg Projects, EVP & CHRO at Havells India, and CHRO at Essar Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Ltd., among others. His robust experience in talent management, leadership development, policy design, industrial relations, and organizational development makes him a seasoned HR strategist and practitioner.
