Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 — Anisha Saluja has started a new position as Head – Talent Management, OD & Capability Building, Farm Equipment Business at Mahindra Group. In this role, she will lead critical initiatives in organizational development, employee capability enhancement, and talent management strategies to support the Farm Equipment Business, a core pillar of Mahindra’s global leadership in the sector.

Anisha has been associated with the Mahindra Group for more than a decade, where she has played an instrumental role in multiple businesses. Most recently, she served as Head of HR for Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Ltd., India’s largest electric three-wheeler company. During this tenure, she spearheaded people strategies across functions such as product planning, manufacturing, quality, sales, service, and corporate operations, making significant contributions to talent development and organizational growth.

Prior to this, she was Head of Talent Management at Mahindra First Choice Wheels Ltd., where she led three Centers of Excellence — Talent Management, Organisation Development, and Employee Skilling. Her work here was instrumental in building strong frameworks for employee development and capability building across the business.

Earlier in her journey with Mahindra, Anisha contributed to the group’s overall HR and talent initiatives, preparing her for broader leadership responsibilities across businesses. She also gained early exposure through her summer internship with GE, where she worked on projects related to people strategy and development.

Anisha holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. She further strengthened her leadership capabilities by completing the Mahindra Accelerated Leadership Track (MALT) executive program in partnership with Carnegie Mellon University – Tepper School of Business, designed to prepare future leaders for C-Suite positions within the Mahindra Group.
