Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2025 – Shipsy has announced the appointment of Anita Bhatia as its new Vice President – People Success. In her new role, she will spearhead people strategy and organizational development initiatives as the company continues to scale globally, strengthening its position as a leader in enterprise AI transformation for logistics.
Before joining Shipsy, Anita served as Director – People & Culture at Aristocrat Gaming, where she focused on culture transformation, employee engagement, and leadership development.
Earlier, she was Head of Human Resources at ET Money, where she played a pivotal role in building HR systems and strategies to support the company’s growth as one of India’s leading fintech platforms.
Prior to that, Anita was HR Director at Mastercard, where she supported business strategy through effective HR solutions. She also worked with BT Group as Senior HRBP & Diversity Lead, driving large-scale people strategies for 1,500+ employees while championing diversity and inclusion initiatives across India.
She also held key HR leadership roles at American Express, Amdocs, and Polaris Consulting & Services, where she managed end-to-end HR solutions including talent management, organizational development, leadership programs, and change management.
Anita holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD).
