Copenhagen, Capital Region of Denmark, Denmark, July 2025 – Anja Leschly has joined group.one as Chief People & Culture Officer, marking a significant leadership addition to the organization’s people-first agenda. In her new role, Anja will oversee the global People & Culture function as group.one accelerates its growth across digital services and cloud infrastructure in Europe and beyond.
Before joining group.one, Anja served as Chief People Officer at Conscia for approximately six years. At Conscia Group, she led the People & Culture strategy across 10 countries, scaling the organization from 600 to 1,400 employees and successfully integrating 16 acquisitions. She also spearheaded the implementation of key HR systems, digital transformation, organizational design, and leadership development initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and the leadership team.
Prior to that, she spent over three years at KPMG Denmark as Head of People, where she played a pivotal role in modernizing HR through digital transformation, adoption of global platforms, and building a strong employer brand. Her strategic focus on performance, talent, and executive engagement made her a valuable member of the leadership committee.
Earlier in her career, Anja held HR leadership roles at Zacco, Veloxis Pharmaceuticals, and Novozymes, contributing to large-scale organizational transformations, employer branding efforts, and performance management implementations. Her contributions to internal communication, restructuring, and global HR strategies consistently delivered measurable impact.
Anja began her career with stints at Microsoft, Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Ementor (EY Consulting), and Realkredit Danmark, gaining broad-based expertise in people development, digital HR, coaching, project management, and SAP HCM implementations. Across these roles, she built a reputation as a dynamic HR strategist with a strong focus on digitalization, M&A, and cultural integration.
