Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, December 2024 – Anna Sasot Olagüe has stepped into the role of Head of People Systems at Adevinta, while continuing her responsibilities as Head of IT Portfolio. This dual role reflects her capability to manage diverse challenges and contribute to the organization’s growth through her expertise in technology and human resources systems.
As the Head of People Systems, Anna will oversee the development and integration of HR technologies, ensuring smooth alignment with organizational goals. Alongside, she will continue optimizing IT portfolios, leveraging her robust background in system management and strategic initiatives.
Anna Sasot Olagüe has been a pivotal member of Adevinta for the past three years. Most recently, she served as Head of IT Portfolio, where she led vendor relations, communications, and optimization efforts, ensuring seamless tracking and system integration. Before that, Anna was the People Systems Delivery Lead, where she championed HRIS program delivery, ATS deployment, and automation initiatives across multiple regions.
Before joining Adevinta, Anna co-founded HR AFTERWORK, a thriving HR community fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among HR professionals globally. Since its inception in 2018, Anna has driven innovation, positioning the community as a go-to platform for HR professionals.
Prior to that, Anna served at Sony Electronics in various roles, including HRES PMO & Adoption Manager, where she implemented global HR frameworks and drove HR digital transformation projects. Her tenure also included managing global HR program portfolios and developing metrics to optimize HRIS usage.
Anna’s earlier career included nearly a decade at Accenture, where she held numerous roles, including HR Global Transition Associate Manager. She led global HR transitions, managed workforce operations across 42 countries, and implemented cloud-based HR solutions. Her contributions extended to HR analytics and design thinking initiatives.
