Milan, Lombardy, Italy, March 2025 – Annalisa Sala has been appointed as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Cerved, bringing over two decades of HR leadership experience in multinational organizations. In her new role, she will drive strategic HR initiatives, talent management, and cultural transformation to align with Cerved’s business growth and innovation.
Prior to joining Cerved, Annalisa served as the Global Chief People Officer at Arcese, where she led global people strategies, employee engagement, and leadership development for the logistics and transport company.
Before that, she spent over 12 years at Mattel, Inc., holding multiple HR leadership roles. As HR Director Pan Europe, she managed HR strategies across multiple European markets, ensuring a strong focus on organizational development and employee experience. She also served as HR Senior Manager for Southern Europe, Spain, and Portugal, leading HR operations across Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Turkey while supporting marketing leadership across EMEA.
Earlier in her career, Annalisa was HR Learning, Development & Talent Attraction Manager at AstraZeneca, where she designed and implemented learning and talent attraction programs to enhance workforce capabilities. She also worked at Nielsen as an HR Learning & Development Specialist, focusing on employee training and development strategies.
